Incredibly welcoming people working here, wonderful and gorgeous place. Rooftop restaurant on the premises, neat and modest room with lovely peaceful views and bright balcony, for instance. Reasonable breakfast with Georgian specialties and totally refreshed, for example and excellent service. Favourable, wonderful location in the beautiful area.

The hotel was fairly clean based in a classic style building with wonderfully friendly staff. The room was beautifully maintained and what's more - included a drier, complimentary toiletries, and terry bath robes. The location was favourable and stunning, within walking distance of a multi - level shopping mall.

Clean and hospitable place, has exceptional views on Cathedral. The rooms are top quality and large, have down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. The staff are supper friendly and amiable and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. Great to have a rooftop restaurant on the premises.

The place was fairly clean with a lovely design and supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff. No complaints, had a relaxing stay during my last visit. The location was good and absolutely perfect, at a moderate distance from Rooms.

The hotel was ideal in general, had outstandingly accommodating staff at the reception desk. It was a classic building, the rooms were neat and modest. The breakfasts were sumptuous with Georgian specialties, meat, couldn’t ask for anything better. The location was good and unbeatable for walking around Rustaveli Theatre.

This hotel is in a great location! It is right on a very busy road intersection, which makes it easy to get to all of the tourist attractions in the area. The room service is excellent, and the staff are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is comfortable. I also appreciate the laundry services and medical facilities that are available here.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel was very clean and well appointed. By Georgian standards it was a first class hotel. Not cheap but not overpriced. Location was good, but not terribly convenient for walking.

The River Side Hotel Tbilisi is located in a very good location with a magnificent view of the city. The staff is amicable and the hotel has a classic charm. The stay was pleasant overall, with a bed that, although a bit hard, did not hinder our enjoyment. The restaurant at the hotel served delicious European dishes.

The rooms were well-maintained and modest, had smoke detectors for safety. Location: the hotel was not far from Georgia, which in all other terms is a beautiful country and Rustaveli in 2 minutes and the mountains.

Patient staff throughout with good service 24-7, high-class and brand-new room. Large bathrooms with a bathtub. Location very close to the museums and several restaurants as well as the center of Tbilisi.
